Senior Database Administrator FSP

About the role

The Database Administrator (DBA) at TENICA works with software to organize and store data. They identify user requirements, set up computer databases, and test and coordinate modifications to the database systems. Ensuring the performance of the system, they understand the platform on which the database runs and add new users to the system. They also plan and coordinate security measures including data integrity, backup systems, and database security.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience:
• Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active TS/SCI w/FS Poly.

Skills

• Experience with database organization and storage.
• Knowledge of user requirements and database system modifications.
• Understanding of platform-specific database operations.
• Ability to manage and add new users to the system.
• Expertise in planning and coordinating security measures.
