About the role
The Revenue Analytics team is focused on developing strategic recommendations grounded in data to scale, drive, and recover revenue. We are experts at synthesizing different contexts from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities that directly drive the company’s bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Champion: Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous questions to influence and implement revenue driving initiatives and recommendations.
- Revenue Optimization: Own and identify innovative new strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition throughout the entire revenue waterfall.
- Data-driven Insights: Lead the charge in improving our quantitative analysis techniques (simulation models, A/B testing, causal impact analysis, etc.) to better influence audiences on strategic direction, with opportunities to present these insights to leadership on a regular basis.
- Data Infrastructure: Own, refine, and improve existing data pipelines to harness the power of data analytics, defining data structures, and leveraging advanced tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Role Model: Set the standard for the team in terms of analytical thinking and excellence.
- AI for Change: Embed AI into the Revenue Analytics workflow, raising the floor on what the team can produce. You'll have latitude to experiment and the expectation that you will.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with strong emphasis on breaking down business problems into data driven impact.
- Standout written and verbal communication skills who excels at sharing data insights to audiences of all backgrounds.
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github.
- Excited and passionate about the new AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and eager to learn how that can help improve our day-to-day efficiency.
- Intellectually curious, willing to think beyond just the revenue organization and prioritize what is best for the business holistically.
- Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
- Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics or similar quantitative field.

Pay
Expected Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 per year salaried*
