- 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/NLP solutions
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
