Senior Data Scientist, Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Build the Lifecycle measurement framework, defining health metrics and designing rigorous experiments
• Establish relationships across teams to contextualize data insights for growth strategies
• Synthesize data evidence to influence senior leaders on strategic directions
• Serve as tech lead, aligning cross-functional partners through data insights and domain expertise
• Evolve workflow automation and self-serve analytics with new ideas and coaching team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with strong SQL and Python skills
• Reputation as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, especially managing non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous analytical initiatives with measurable impact
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistics
• Experience in building scalable data products like dashboards and analytical frameworks
• Strong business acumen connecting data insights to lifecycle strategy
