About the Opportunity

The Senior Data Scientist in the Innovation Lab is responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions, prototyping new products, and evaluating strategic data assets. This role impacts the organization by enhancing data-driven decision-making and innovation through machine learning and deep learning techniques, contributing to the development of profitable business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced machine learning models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Select and apply appropriate machine learning, deep learning, and processing techniques.
  • Design efficient data structures and storage solutions to improve data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Innovate with tools for data processing and information retrieval.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
  • Create impactful algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Validate model performance and analyze return on investment and benefits.

Requirements

  • PhD in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, data science, or predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python.
  • Experience with deep learning methods (CNN, RNN, LSTM, attention models) and machine learning techniques (SVM, GLM, boosting, random forest).
  • Familiarity with open-source tools such as PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and pandas.
  • Experience with large data analysis using pySpark.
  • Knowledge of LLMs and tools in Generative AI.
  • Experience with Hadoop and NoSQL technologies like MapReduce, Hive, HBase, MongoDB, Cassandra.
  • Ability to modify and apply advanced algorithms to practical problems.
  • Experience in online and mobile marketing analytics.
  • Experience with GPU programming.

Pay

USD 153,075 to USD 275,535 annually, with eligibility for a variable pay opportunity.
