About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to partner closely with Product Management on an upcoming product initiative. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who can identify the right problems to solve, execute rigorous analysis end-to-end, and translate insights into clear product decisions. You will operate in an early-stage product environment where ambiguity is high, metrics are evolving, and early decisions have an outsized impact on product adoption, active usage, and future monetization opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Drive B2B Product Strategy: Act as the strategic data science leader and subject matter expert for a new 0→1 B2B product initiative, mapping out professional workflows, team engagement, and product performance.
  • Influence the Roadmap: Independently identify, frame, and solve high-impact product questions to guide our B2B features through their foundational growth phase.
  • Lead Experimentation: Partner hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineering to define core hypotheses, design feature rollouts, and analyze/interpret product experiments.
  • Arcitect Core Telemetry: Develop, scale, and maintain the vital sign metrics, dashboards, and automated analytical views that provide clear visibility into product learning and performance.
  • Align Global Analytics: Collaborate closely with cross-regional analytics stakeholders to lead methodology alignment, share localized context, and ensure global data consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in product data science, product analytics, or related roles within AI, tech, or product-led companies. Direct exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, or zero-to-one product development is required.
  • Technical Foundation: Advanced SQL proficiency, metric design framework expertise, and strong statistical fundamentals for experimentation analysis (A/B testing, multivariate testing) on large, complex datasets.
  • Strategic Ownership: Proven ability to operate independently in highly ambiguous problem spaces—from identifying the right questions to driving the analysis and translating raw telemetry into action.
  • Product Judgment: Strong B2B product and business intuition, with a track record of actively influencing feature prioritization, team workspace dynamics, and iterative design through data-informed insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage Product, Engineering, and executive leadership, and partner effectively with cross-region analytics teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience analyzing user behavior for collaboration tools, productivity software, or multi-user B2B workspaces.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted analytics tools or automation workflows to maximize analytical efficiency.
  • A background working in fast-paced tech environments or early-stage products with rapidly evolving data infrastructure.
