About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist (LLMs & Applied AI) to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models on proprietary data. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and real-world product delivery, turning advanced models into scalable, business-ready systems.

Tech Stack

Core: Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face
AI/ML: LLM fine-tuning, RAG
Data: Pandas, NumPy
Infra (varies by project): Cloud, APIs, MLOps tooling

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA / QLoRA
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
• Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Improve model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-centric approaches
• Contribute to architecture decisions around scalable AI systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
• Strong background in ML, NLP, and applied statistics
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, or RAG-based systems)
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance trade-offs
• Experience deploying models into production environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
• Familiarity with RAG architectures or vector databases
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Background in handling large-scale or proprietary datasets
