Position Overview We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our clients modernize how they work with data and AI. You'll consult with teams to build data products and workflows that support critical operations, lead the migration of legacy workloads to the cloud, and deliver measurable improvements along the way. As a champion of AI adoption, you'll develop, train and deploy machine learning and LLM-powered solutions that solve complex business problems. This is as much a teaching role as a technical one: you'll also create reference use cases, tutorials, sample code and training materials, and host office hours that help clients get the most from modern cloud tooling. What You'll Do Consult with internal clients and build data products/workflows to support critical operationsMigrate and modernize clients’ workload from legacy environment to the cloud to realize quantifiable improvementsSpearhead AI adoption with clients to drive business outcomesCreate reference use cases with supporting tutorials, reference code, and training to drive the adoption of cloud tooling for concrete business resultsHost office hours to upskill clients Develop, train, and deploy machine learning to solve complex business problems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline,+12 years experienceProficient in Python and advanced SQL for data analysis2+ years’ experience performing work on leading cloud platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, and GCPExperience in the end-end data science workflow, from identifying datasets to production, and associated tooling (NumPy, SciPy, MLFlow)Solid understanding of traditional machine learning toolboxes Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflow Bonus Qualifications 5+ years data scientist experience shipping multiple products in operation2+ year experience in building visualized insights (dashboards and reports) supporting operational needsPrior experience using R / Stata / SAS Experience of refactoring of R / Stata / SAS codebase to PythonPrior experience shipping products leveraging LLMs or AI agents
