Senior Data Scientist

About the role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design data-driven strategies, and deliver impactful analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to inform business strategy and operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery
- Design and implement data pipelines and machine learning workflows using Python, R, and other relevant tools
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and reports
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics projects
- Experience with Python, R, and SQL
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with natural language processing and text analysis
