Senior Data Scientist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role• Develop and apply statistical and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes.• Translate complex business challenges into data science solutions, defining methodologies and sourcing relevant data.• Communicate clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Operationalize data science work through repeatable pipelines and contribute to shared standards for documentation and reproducibility.• Partner cross-functionally to drive the adoption of data-driven insights and models into business workflows. What You'll Need• 4+ years of experience in data science, applied analytics, or a related field.• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.• Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.• Experience with deploying or maintaining models in production environments is a plus.• Familiarity with experiment design and causal inference is preferred.• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and influence cross-functional partners.
