About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist who can help us move beyond using AI only as a coding assistant and toward using AI to design, build, evaluate, and improve AI systems. The company is moving toward Agentic AI, where LLMs, tools, workflows, and autonomous agents are combined to solve business problems, automate complex processes, and accelerate the creation of new AI capabilities.
As a Data Scientist, you will work at the intersection of data science, machine learning, LLMs, agents, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who understands statistics and machine learning conceptually, can work hands-on with data and SQL, and is excited about building AI systems that help produce, test, and improve other AI systems. This is not only about using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar systems to write code faster. It is about understanding how to use AI as part of the production process for AI itself.
Requirements

Pay
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $115,000–150,000 annually, plus bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
