As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing data-driven solutions that enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects from ideation to enterprise impact
- Evaluate trade-offs between out-of-the-box and customized solutions
- Implement scalable, bug-free, and well-tested solutions
- Understand and address business challenges
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to align data science efforts with business needs
- Identify and mitigate risks early to prevent future issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner
- Mentor and collaborate with peers to improve team-wide problem-solving capabilities
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Master’s + 3-4 years of experience or Ph.D. + 2+ years of experience)
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning tools (SQL, Python, relevant ML/statistical packages)
- Experience using data science to drive enterprise value in a business function
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives from concept to measurable business impact
- Ability to mentor and lead others
- Clear communication of how work contributes to business goals

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $176,900—$230,000 USD
