Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and analytical workflows
- Collaborate with project managers to refine technical specifications
- Build reproducible pipelines for data preparation, feature engineering, and model scoring
- Document modeling decisions and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Ensure performance monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices
- Support QA, compliance, and responsible AI efforts in all deliverables
Requirements
- 8+ years in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
- Experience with cloud environments like Databricks and execution workflows
- Familiarity with version control, experimentation tracking, and agile delivery
- Experience in the logistics and consumer products sector preferred

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $120,000 - $180,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
