Senior Data Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Define Data Intelligence Signals & Product Requirements
- Evaluate transactional datasets across Fiserv to identify high-value signals and insights.
- Translate data discovery and analysis into clearly defined product requirements, features, and scalable data assets within the Data Product portfolio.
- Own Transactional Domain Understanding
- Develop deep expertise in assigned transaction domains, including customer behaviors, spend patterns, and the underlying product and platform capabilities that influence those behaviors.
- Use these insights to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Drive Product Roadmap & Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, sales, operations, and leadership teams to define, prioritize, and execute against a clear product roadmap aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Deliver with Excellence Through Agile Execution
- Review development progress, sprint outcomes, and product performance to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
- Embed Data Governance & Compliance by Design
- Ensure all data products adhere to regulatory, contractual, and privacy requirements, with a strong focus on data usage rights, governance frameworks, and responsible data practices.
- Support Commercialization & Go-to-Market Success
- Act as a subject matter expert on Data Products in client engagements and sales cycles.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management working with data products, data analytics or related fields.
- Prior relevant experience within issuing, banking and acquiring domains.
- Experience managing products through key stages of ideation, development, commercialization, and implementation.
- A customer-centric mindset with experience translating that into the product development process.
- A strong understanding of agile practices and product delivery.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Pragmatic Marketing certified.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $198,000.00. These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.
For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
