About the Role
This role leads and drives the successful launch of sophisticated data product initiatives, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. These data products provide data-driven insights through reporting, analytics, and AI. The position involves crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies, owning the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and proactively identifying and assessing business or technology partnerships. The role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, as well as a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Key Outcomes
- Communicate regularly with key internal and external constituents.
- Form product hypotheses, design test plans, and communicate learnings back into product development.
- Continuously prioritize and manage the backlog and upcoming sprints.
- Perform product demos to internal associates and clients as needed.
- Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure, and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in a technical product management role
- Exposure or experience in data products preferred
- Analytical ability to unpack complex problems, synthesize data, and identify root issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Working knowledge of and ability to apply effective analytical techniques and tools
- Exposure to AI preferred
This role is open to candidates in the United States: Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and Texas.
Pay
National Pay Range: $107,000 USD - $130,000 USD. The final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant training and education.
