Responsibilities

• Advise companies on US federal and state privacy laws and global regulations as applicable.
• Draft privacy policies.
• Develop and implement internal data protection programs.
• Counsel on business and legal incident responses to security breaches.
• Advise on privacy issues associated with AI, health data, biometric data and other sensitive information.
