Below Are Some Of The Key Requirements P&C insurance experience preferred Experience with AI governance Chief data office experience Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models Ability to prepare and deliver data for data science/modeling teams AWS experience required Strong Python skills (more important than SQL) Excellent attention to detail Candidates should be able to speak to AI/ML as a core focus area, not just a small part of their background As part of their AI/ data modernization efforts, they're building out a centralized Data Office, and this will be the first hire on the Data Management team.
