About the role

Strategic Data Systems (SDS) is seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer in Digital Transformation. SDS is an experienced technical solutions provider for the Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, and other federal customers. Our mission is to provide exceptional technical capabilities, management, and support to the warfighter.

Requirements

• Six (6) years of professional experience developing and maintaining documentation and/or data management systems, defining the nature and extent of problems, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Experience in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• CISM or CISSP (or associate), GSLC or CCISO Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, and maintains master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities.
• Uses knowledge of end-to-end data processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements, and ensure that data flows efficiently and consistently between users and stakeholders.
• Provides data governance and ensures data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization.
• Troubleshoots issues related to master data management and identifies opportunities for improving data management processes.
• Defines the nature and extent of problems, collects, reviews, and analyzes information to make recommendations to the Government.
