Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, along with proven leadership and project delivery experience across Capital Markets corporate functions, securities, and front-to-back-office operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, Python, and Oracle PL/SQL.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using enterprise BI and reporting tools.Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timely execution, and alignment with customer requirements.Manage weekly and monthly governance calls, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time and meet quality standards.Provide technical leadership, review designs and code, and mentor team members.Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.Apply Generative AI concepts and tools to improve data engineering, analytics, automation, and productivity.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation. Required Skills And Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and integration.Solid Oracle PL/SQL experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Experience with Informatica and DBT.Experience with at least one enterprise BI or reporting tool.Proven technical leadership and end-to-end project delivery experience.Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience leading governance forums and executive-level status reviews.Experience in Capital Markets, securities, and front-to-back-office business functions.Exposure to Generative AI tools, use cases, or solution implementation is highly desirable.
