Job Description

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead application systems analysis and programming activities.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education

Master's degree preferred

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in Tableau advanced concepts with strong experience in Tableau development, including reports, dashboards, and documents
  • 5+ years of experience developing Python and PySpark scripts to automate data processes and perform advanced analytics
  • 6+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
  • Capabilities working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Devin and Stylus
  • Working with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
  • Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas, including architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary
  • Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding the organization, its clients, and assets
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policy

Job Duties

  • Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Develop data visualizations, charts, and graphs using Tableau
  • Perform data migration, ad-hoc reporting, and data validation
  • Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis using complex SQL queries
  • Develop Python and PySpark scripts to automate data processes and perform advanced analytics
  • Work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Devin and Stylus
  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
  • Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
  • Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency
