Senior Data Engineer – Databricks & GenAI W2 Only

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer Databricks & GenAI Location: Warren, MI or Austin, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week Experience: 5+ years Duration: Contract-to-hire (conversion to full-time after approximately 6 months) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply Education- Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent Job Description We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL. The candidate will build and maintain data pipelines and prepare data for AI and Generative AI applications. Required Skills 5+ years of Data Engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL. Experience with Azure or GCP. Knowledge of Delta Lake and Unity Catalog. Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines. Knowledge of data quality, testing, and Git. Preferred Skills Experience with GenAI, RAG, embeddings, or vector search. Knowledge of Azure services such as ADLS Gen2 and Key Vault. Experience with real-time data processing or streaming. Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is a plus. Important Requirements Must work onsite 4 days per week in Warren, MI or Austin, TX. Must be open to full-time conversion after approximately 6 months. One technical video interview.
