What You Need
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Production experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools
- Experience building data pipelines in the public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong communication skills (push back, clarify, and manage expectations proactively)

- Experience in a specific data domain (business analytics, financial ops, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud data warehouse, and distributed compute experience
