Senior Data Engineer
Hybrid$115k–$146k/yrFull-time
We need to output only HTML fragment, using
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the job description and extract sections.
We have:
- About the role: description paragraph(s) about role: "MMG Insurance is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help build, modernize, and maintain the data platforms..." etc. Also travel requirement, location eligibility, etc. Also mention "This role requires consistent travel to our Portsmouth, NH office. Candidates will need to be able to travel to the office in New Hampshire at minimum, monthly. This role is open to candidates residing in ME/NH/MA." Also mention "This role will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines..." etc. Also mention "This is a modernization role as much as a build role." Also mention "MMG's data estate spans..." etc. Also mention "You will help move that estate onto a governed, version-controlled, automated foundation..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent.
We need to separate sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (core technologies?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes compensation range: "Compensation Range: The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $115k-$146k." So Pay section can be included.
Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides travel requirement monthly. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, remote/hybrid. There's mention "This position is primarily performed in an office or remote work environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use." That's about work environment, not schedule. No explicit schedule like "40 hours per week". So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule, so omit.
Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Why MMG Insurance" paragraph about investing in modern data infrastructure, opportunity to shape data foundation, etc. Not explicit benefits like health insurance, 401k. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list benefits. So omit.
Skills: Could be derived from "Core Technologies Required" and "Preferred". That could be a Skills section. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Skills if there is real specific content. The posting includes "Core Technologies Required: Python | Databricks | SQL | ETL/ELT | Data Modeling | Git | Cloud Data Platforms Preferred: PySpark | Delta Lake | Azure | Azure Data Factory | Azure AI Foundry | Databricks SQL | CI/CD | APIs | CDC | Data Governance". That's specific. So we can include Skills section.
Requirements: Could be "Required Qualifications". That's a list. So we can have Requirements section.
Qualifications: Could be "Preferred Qualifications". So we can have Qualifications section.
Responsibilities: There's a "Key Responsibilities" bullet list. So we can have Responsibilities.
About the role: Intro paragraph(s). So we can have About the role.
Pay: Compensation range.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay.
We must not include Benefits or Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections. Must not lose any info.
We need to ensure we include travel requirement, location eligibility, etc. Also include "Essential Functions" paragraph maybe part of About the role or Responsibilities? It includes essential functions: designing/building scalable data pipelines, developing/integrating data systems using modern engineering tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data products while supporting data modernization initiatives. Also mentions duties require ability to analyze, interpret and work with complex data sets, systems, and technical information and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position is primarily performed in an office or remote work environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. The role involves frequent verbal and written communication, participation in virtual and in‑person meetings, and occasional travel to client or company locations. Also accommodation statement. That's substantive; we should preserve it. Where to place? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about essential functions, maybe include in About the role or Responsibilities. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that text somewhere. We could add a paragraph under About the role after the intro.
We also have "What Success Looks Like" bullet list. That's also substantive; we need to include that. Could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section? Not among allowed headings; but we could incorporate into Responsibilities or About the role. Since we cannot create new headings beyond the allowed list, we need to fit it into existing sections. Probably best to add to Responsibilities (as they are duties/expectations). Or we could add a separate section like "Expectations" but not allowed. So we incorporate into Responsibilities.
Also "Core Technologies Required" and "Preferred" list we put into Skills.
Also "Compensation Range" we put into Pay.
Also "Why MMG Insurance" paragraph we could put into About the role.
Also "Essential Functions" paragraph we could put into About the role or Responsibilities.
We must not omit any detail. Let's extract all substantive paragraphs and lists.
