Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, loading sources while ensuring data quality and integrity
• Support design and development of scalable data architectures and systems
• Collaborate with internal customers to provide solutions for data exploration, analysis, modeling
• Implement testing, validation and pipeline observability

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in information systems, or a closely related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Engineer
• 2 years of experience using: Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS (EMR, Lambda, S3, RDS), CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab, Manage and optimize PySpark
• Must possess SnowPro Certification

Pay & schedule

• Salary: $155,938 per annum
• Hybrid remote work – work in the Bethesda, MD office Monday – Thursday every week
