Senior Data and Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
The IRC’s Center for Financial Opportunity (CFO) helps newly arrived refugees and other low-income individuals reach self-sufficiency by finding entry-level employment and progress to living wage jobs, learn basic financial management skills and build assets, and start small businesses. The Senior Data and Quality Assurance Specialist will support data entry and data quality assurance of clients enrolled into CFO programs, with an emphasis on early employment programming, including the County’s Vocational ESL program, San Diego Newcomer Project, Financial Capabilities, Individual Development Accounts, and the Communities in Action (CinA) Program.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of related professional work preferably in a social service, academic, research, or evaluation environment
- Strong data management skills, with ability to conduct basic data analysis from different sources
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong experience in MS Excel preferred
- Experience working with Efforts to Outcomes, Salesforce, SDNP databases strongly preferred
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to work productively and accurately while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, English proficiency required
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Working Environment
Standard, professional office environment, including the current hybrid mode of remote work within San Diego County and required in-office days and some 'field' time within the service delivery area to perform the above-outlined responsibilities. Office working environment is subject to change based on organization/business needs. Requires evening work, with a possibility of weekends. San Diego Office hours are scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This role is expected to end on June 30, 2027.
Compensation
(Pay Rate: $27.08-$30.56/hr). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
