Senior Data Analytics & Insights Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Data Analyst to join our team and turn complex data into meaningful business insights. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with Python and SQL, uncovering trends, solving challenging data problems, and building analytics that directly influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using Python and SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Build and optimize SQL queries, analytical datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Develop Python-based data analysis and automation solutions
• Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into impactful analytical solutions
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Identify data quality issues and develop solutions to improve accuracy and reliability
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics that help leadership make informed decisions
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
• Support ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong hands-on Python experience is required
• Strong hands-on SQL experience is required
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Experience with data transformation, analysis, and visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or other Python analytics libraries
• Power BI or Tableau experience
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar platforms
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive analytics
• Experience using AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics and automation

Pay

100k to 110k + bonus
