Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex analytical projects from inception to completion
  • Transform and distill high complexity/high impact business inquiries into innovative analytic solutions, aligning both data teams and business clients on approach
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs
  • Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to leadership through reports and presentations
  • Utilize SQL, Power BI and other analytical toolsets to support Supply Chain teams’ analytical requests
  • Conceptualize, build and operationalize data products per business needs and requirements
  • Lead a group of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and BI Engineers
  • Research and troubleshoot problems & questions related to deployed analytical solutions
  • Maintain knowledge on the latest data technology and best practices
  • Maintain knowledge on the latest retail trends in industry
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI; Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal & written communication with both technical and business teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Learner mindset
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of retail concepts, and ability to understand and work with retail data

Pay

The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
