About the role
The Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant will translate enterprise data into actionable insights through executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated GCP pipelines, and Statistical Process Control reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Develop ETL and ELT processes to ingest data from enterprise applications, APIs, operational systems, and third-party sources.
- Partner with business teams to define, document, and operationalize KPI frameworks and metric standards.
- Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control reporting for Human-in-the-Loop and operational process management programs.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, statistical analysis, and operational assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, product owners, and enterprise architects to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish reporting standards, governance, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development, data integration, and building scalable analytics pipelines.
- Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) analytics, AI Operations, or Process Intelligence programs.
- Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and control chart development.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks.
- Proficiency with Python and API integration.
- Experience with data governance and metadata management.
- Experience with process mining, observability, or workflow analytics platforms.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
