- Analyze and engineer large data sets to support financial reporting, accounting month-end close, and audit deliverables.
- Build and maintain reporting and analytical tools that improve the efficiency, automation, and timeliness of recurring deliverables and standardized reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis.
- Partner with the central data and data engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and availability of the financial data required for both day-to-day decisions and the quarterly close.
- Support external audit data requests, including documenting data sources and lineage to strengthen audit readiness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements that increase the rigor and repeatability of our close.
- Help develop and evolve management financial reporting tools and data models in collaboration with the functional areas of the business, data engineers, and software developers.

- Familiarity with accounting operations and the month-end close cycle is a strong plus; experience supporting external audits is a bonus.
- Highly organized, with a track record of managing projects and competing priorities under deadline pressure while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail paired with a big-picture orientation.
- A self-starter with a high degree of motivation, a bias for action, and a passion for innovation; eager to develop processes and deliverables from the ground up.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across internal teams (accounting, finance, operations, data, and engineering) and with external stakeholders such as auditors.
