About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst will provide technical support to ensure accurate and timely reporting for our operations teams. The role will work with our clinical teams to assess cost and utilization trends through authorizations and medical and pharmacy claims.
Responsibilities
- Assess cost and utilization trends through authorizations and medical and pharmacy claims.
- Lead technical efforts regarding medical trend analysis.
- Utilize data management systems to pull and analyze information to draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Communicate analytical findings both verbally and in written form.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-6 years of healthcare experience and 4-6 years of analytical experience.
- 3+ years leading technical efforts regarding medical trend analysis.
- Advanced understanding of SQL (5+ years).
- Advanced experience in Tableau (5+ years).
- Business understanding of the healthcare industry within Managed Care.
- Consulting experience is a plus.

Pay
$102,549.17 - $115,367.82
