Senior Data & AI Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data & AI Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and enhancing digital solutions that support our global operations and clients. You'll work closely with operational teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and translate requirements into practical platform enhancements, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities. The role spans digital inspection, remote monitoring, platform integration, analytics and emerging AI technologies, offering the opportunity to contribute across the full product lifecycle from concept through to deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

Digital platforms

• Support the ongoing development of our digital inspection and operational platforms.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, development priorities and practical solutions.
• Contribute to product planning, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional teams and end users to identify challenges and opportunities for enhanced functionality.

Real-time monitoring (RTM)

• Support the development and enhancement of RTM solutions.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, operational visibility and workflow efficiency.
• Help integrate monitoring, inspection and business systems into a more connected digital ecosystem.
• Work with technical specialists to identify opportunities for automation and performance improvement.

AI, data & analytics

• Develop AI-assisted workflows and tools that improve productivity and consistency.
• Support data integration, analytics, reporting and decision-support initiatives.
• Explore practical applications of emerging AI technologies.
• Build solutions that help users find, understand and act on operational information more effectively.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a practical, problem-solving mindset. You'll ideally have:

• Experience working with software platforms, data solutions or digital products.
• A strong understanding of data structures, databases, APIs and cloud-hosted applications.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, SQL and modern data or analytics tools.
• The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for improving how people use technology and data.

Experience in industrial digitalisation, SaaS products, remote monitoring, operational technology, asset integrity or inspection-related environments would be advantageous. Exposure to AI-enabled applications, data automation or platform integration projects would also be highly beneficial.
