The Senior D365 Finance Lead is responsible for driving ERP transformation initiatives, leading consulting engagements, and ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role combines functional expertise, client advisory, and delivery leadership to support global clients in modernizing finance and operations through scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to finance and operations leaders; lead business process assessments, gap analysis, solution blueprinting, transformation strategies, workshops, discovery sessions, and demonstrations.
• Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; oversee functional workstreams and ensure scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Finance Functional Leadership: Design and implement solutions across General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Consolidation, financial reporting, compliance, audit readiness, month-end close, and financial automation.
• Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and manufacturing; align costing and inventory valuation and drive end-to-end ERP process integration.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, estimation, client presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition development.
• Technology & Innovation: Promote Microsoft Power Platform and Azure-based integrations; support data migration, reporting, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience and 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
• Finance and Supply Chain implementation experience required.
• Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, solution design, and delivery leadership skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience.
