Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

The Role Serve as a primary technical resource for enforcing architectural coherence and enterprise security standards Lead the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, generating and maintaining documentation packages Review, update, and publish Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) artifacts, ensuring timely submissions to prevent ATO expiration Track and manage Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) from creation to closure, coordinating with stakeholders Interpret system designs to identify data interconnections and develop connection approval packages Perform vulnerability and control assessments using automated tools and conduct Security Readiness Reviews What You'll Need DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, or equivalent) 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis, specializing in application, software, or cloud security within a federal environment Proven experience analyzing and remediating vulnerabilities identified by automated scanning tools in modern software delivery models Comprehensive operational understanding of DISA STIGs, NIST Risk Management Framework, and federal authorization boundaries Strong experience embedding security requirements into Agile engineering frameworks and rapid release environments Proficiency in tracking and reporting cyber risks using enterprise tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Tenable Security Center, or ServiceNow What's On Offer Opportunity to work on critical national security projects Engage with cutting-edge cybersecurity practices and technologies A chance to contribute to a secure and resilient federal IT landscape Apply via Haystack today!
