About the role
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design and implement secure technology architectures across enterprise IT environments. The role will provide security leadership across applications, infrastructure, cloud, networks, data, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture, standards, and security patterns.
- Design secure architectures for applications, infrastructure, cloud, networks, data, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct security architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, and design reviews.
- Implement and promote Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, and least-privilege security principles.
- Define security controls for identity, access management, network security, endpoint security, data protection, and application security.
- Partner with IT, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate security into technology solutions.
- Evaluate security technologies, products, and vendors and provide architecture recommendations.
- Support cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Identify security gaps and recommend remediation strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop security architecture documentation, reference models, standards, and guidelines.
- Support incident response, vulnerability management, and security improvement initiatives when required.
- Mentor security engineers and architects and provide technical leadership on complex security projects.
Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise security architecture and security engineering.
- Good knowledge of IAM, PAM, network security, application security, cloud security, endpoint security, and data security.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, threat modeling, risk management, and security frameworks.
- Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, vulnerability management, and identity platforms.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and OWASP.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work with senior technical and business teams.
