About the role
The Enterprise Cyber Security team at Latitude AI focuses on protecting our corporate systems, intellectual property, and employee data. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will lead the security of our High Performance Computing (HPC) and Virtualization environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects independently
- Implement and automate security measures
- Review and improve existing deployments and architecture designs
- Collaborate with Cloud Platform, IT, and Product teams to develop security solutions
- Moderate and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives
- Deploy and maintain security solutions
- Mentor and share knowledge with team members
- Contribute to the development of network and infrastructure solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, or 6 years with a Master’s degree
- Experience in vulnerability management and risk assessment
- Hands-on experience with cloud/virtualization technologies (AWS/HPC/MAAS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with patching and hardening systems
- Understanding of cyber security standards (ISO27001, NIST 800-53)
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in network protocols and firewall management
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Independent and proactive problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Jenkins
- Knowledge of data governance, secure data movement, and storage lifecycle management
