About the role
Support the delivery, governance, and continual improvement of cyber security services across the bank. Responsible for managing cyber risk, service performance, and operational resilience, providing senior leadership with insight and direction, and ensuring technology services remain secure, resilient, and aligned to business objectives. Acting as a key representative for Technology Services, work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive operational excellence, strengthen control effectiveness, and support the Bank's ongoing success.
Responsibilities

- Manage cyber risk, service performance, and operational resilience
- Provide senior leadership with insight and direction
- Ensure technology services remain secure, resilient, and aligned to business objectives
- Act as key representative for Technology Services
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive operational excellence
- Strengthen control effectiveness
- Support risk governance forums, track remediation activities, and drive sustainable risk reduction across technology environments
Requirements
- Experience using AI technology tools as part of daily work, including technical evaluation, report generation, plan development, executive reporting, and decision support
- Experience simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and leveraging automation tools
- Ability to break down complex technical assignments, assess risk and business impact, and prioritize actions using data-driven insights
- Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization to drive progress and deliver broad objectives
- Ability to engage technical teams, senior leadership, suppliers, control functions, and business stakeholders
- Understanding of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, risk management methodologies, and the processes used to address and mitigate them
- Understanding of operational risk, controls, compliance, resilience, cyber recovery, governance, and risk management processes
Preferred skills
- Using tools such as Python, PowerShell, and other automation technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness
- Good understanding of data models, reporting, trend analysis, and the ability to build meaningful views and dashboards to support business objectives
- Capability to interpret operational and risk data, identify emerging trends, and drive evidence-based decision making
- Good ability to map and understand technical systems, their interconnections, and the end-to-end flows that drive customer outcomes, including architecture, identity flows, network trust relationships, authentication mechanisms, and business processes
- Experience supporting risk governance forums, tracking remediation activities, and driving sustainable risk reduction across technology environments
Pay
- Minimum Salary: $164,000
- Maximum Salary: $225,000
- Eligible for an incentive award
- The minimum and maximum salary/rate information includes only base salary or base hourly rate and does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available
