Responsibilities
- Compiles intelligence campaigns and makes connections among disparate entities being attacked to establish threat attribution.
- Performs activities to gather evidence on foreign intelligence entities to mitigate real-time threats and protect against espionage, insider threats, foreign sabotage, or international terrorist activities.
- Maintains awareness of threats posed by cyber actors against systems of interest.
- Utilizes technical expertise to profile threats.
- Maintains vigilance over third-party security-related websites, forums, and mailing lists for information regarding vulnerabilities and exploits.
- Collates and correlates threat information.
- Develops, edits, and delivers comprehensive vulnerability analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (4 years of additional related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
- 6+ years of experience as an intelligence professional, ideally including counterintelligence roles within the DoD, military services, or Intelligence Community (IC).
- 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence applied to threats associated with DoD weapons systems, military platforms, or related technical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in All-Source analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Experience with the government’s primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools.
Clearance Requirements
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
