Seeking a Senior Lead Cyber Compliance professional to oversee multi-framework compliance strategies, evidence management, and operational risk mitigation. Responsibilities Include Developing and aligning compliance frameworks to streamline processes and reduce duplicationManaging governed evidence repositories with version control and audit traceabilityCoordinating responses to customer security questionnaires and supporting control-owner evidence productionTracking findings, exceptions, and remediation efforts, and supporting risk reporting and escalationCreating scalable templates, playbooks, and documentation to enhance audit efficiency Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree5+ years in cybersecurity compliance assessments across frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOX, or CMMCExperience coordinating audit evidence with control teamsProficiency with GRC tools, ticketing systems, and evidence repositoriesStrong risk-based prioritization and independent ownership skillsExperience in high-change or post-acquisition environments (preferred)CMMC or defense-sector security background (preferred)
