About the role

Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building. Works closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct quarterly customer health check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in partnership with internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SaaS products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
