About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager of State Implementations, you'll play a pivotal role in project managing and driving data excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) impact within a growing organization.
  • Retain and expand client relationships in a State Department of Education (DOE) or similar large-scale setting.
  • Demonstrate measurable results in a State Department of Education (DOE) or similar large-scale setting.
  • Navigate complex data landscapes effectively.
  • Lead complex implementations in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
  • Ensure successful rollouts through technical acumen and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Data Science, Business, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving GRR and NRR targets
  • Experience working with state-level education systems or large-scale data environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation processes
