We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Sections: - About Us (company description) maybe not needed as a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include headings only for those categories if content exists. "About Us" is not in list; we could maybe omit or treat as part of About the role? Probably we should not include About Us heading because not in allowed list. But we need to preserve substantive info. Could we include it under About the role? The About the role section likely includes description of role. The "About Us" is company overview; maybe we can incorporate into About the role? But instruction says use those headings for section headings. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those sections. Let's extract: About the role: The paragraph after "About The Role": "We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive practice-level performance across the Corner Health network and identify & scale growth opportunities that every practice can benefit from. This individual will bring the strategic, relationship‑driven muscle of customer success, and is someone who has spent 3–5+ years owning a book of business, coaching customers to success, and driving measurable retention and expansion outcomes. At Corner Health, we’re building something fundamentally different: a network of hyper-local, independent, in-person primary care practices powered by modern technology. This is a completely new model of care. Today, 88% of patients prefer a provider powered by Corner Health vs. elsewhere, and patients return at 2× the national average - not because of marketing, but because the experience actually works. That foundation creates a unique opportunity. When patients trust their provider and keep coming back in-person, there’s a wide surface area for growth, from follow-up care and longitudinal programs to longevity care to new services like cash and wellness products, better retention loops, and entirely new ways of engaging patients. This role is about unlocking that. You’ll work directly with the cofounders and the provider growth team to drive the growth of every provider practice we power, shaping strategy, building acquisition engines, and scaling patient volume across all markets." That's substantive. Responsibilities: The "What You'll Work On" bullet list items: Growth coaching, Provider retention & advocacy, Test new revenue lines, Playbook development, Cross-functional execution. Also maybe the bullet points under each? The posting includes description after each heading. We need to turn each duty into
  • . Could group under Responsibilities. Requirements: The "What You’re Like" bullet points: hard-working, kind, curious; high degree of autonomy and ability to scale from 10 to 1000; excited to work directly with providers; 3-5 years of experience owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment - could be at clinic, wellness org, early-stage startup or multi-site business; enjoy working in-person (our office is in Santa Monica, CA); you either live in LA or are excited to move to LA. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. Could treat "What Would Set You Apart" as Qualifications or Skills? The instruction says we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections. We need to decide where to put content. We have "What Would Set You Apart": excited by idea of creating more independent medical providers; excited about emerging wellness trends, but bring thoughtful, evidence-driven approach; have worked in a clinic-esque environment before; care deeply about building something patients actually trust. Also "Benefits": list: Competitive salary & equity compensation; Top-tier health and dental; Health & wellness stipend; Eligible to participate in company-sponsored 401(k) plan. Pay: Not specified explicitly; they mention Competitive salary & equity compensation but that's under Benefits. No explicit pay range. So we should not create Pay section because no specific content. Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine What You're Like and What Would Set You Apart?), Qualifications (maybe we can split: Requirements = experience, Qualifications = skills/attributes). But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications (maybe as Requirements), Benefits. Could also have Skills. Let's think: The posting includes explicit experience requirement (3-5 years owning outcomes). That's a requirement. Also "hard-working, kind, curious" etc are more like skills/attributes. "What Would Set You Apart" could be qualifications or preferred qualifications. We could create: - About the role (h3) - Responsibilities (h3) with list of duties. - Requirements (h3) with list: 3-5+ years owning a book of business, coaching customers, driving retention/expansion; experience in clinic, wellness org, early-stage startup or multi-site business; ability to work in-person in Santa Monica, LA; live in LA or willing to relocate. - Qualifications (h3) with list: hard-working, kind, curious; high degree of autonomy and ability to scale from 10 to 1000; excited to work directly with providers; excited by creating more independent medical providers; excited about emerging wellness trends with evidence-driven approach; worked in clinic-esque environment; care about building trusted patient relationships. - Benefits (h3) with list. We should not include Pay or Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No extra fluff. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Did we miss any? The "About Us" description includes stats: fastest-growing primary care network in Arizona and Washington, supporting >70 provider-owned practices and >50k patient visits; founded by Lava Sunder and Anne Gifford; raised $32.5M from investors. This is company overview. Should we include it? It's substantive. Where to put? Could be part of About the role? But About the role already has description of role and some company context. The About Us paragraph is separate at top. We could incorporate it into About the role section as background. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Since we don't have an "About Us" heading allowed, we could embed it in About the role section as a paragraph before the role description. That seems acceptable. Thus About the role section will contain both company overview and role description. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, AI hiring process, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment:

    About the role

Corner Health is rebuilding primary care by helping Nurse Practitioners (NPs) start and scale their own independent practices. Our AI-native operating system handles everything from billing and insurance to patient communication and clinical workflows, giving providers more time to do what matters most: care for patients. In the past year, we’ve become the fastest-growing primary care network in Arizona and Washington, supporting more than 70 provider-owned practices and over 50,000 patient visits. Corner Health was founded by Lava Sunder and Anne Gifford and has raised $32.5M from Oak HC/FT, First Round Capital, Zigg Capital, and the founders of DoorDash, Commure, Grow Therapy, Kindred, Culdesac, and more.

    • Provider retention & advocacy: Own the health and retention of your provider portfolio; build trusted relationships, identify frustration or churn risk early, and ensure provider feedback (especially hard or unhappy feedback) is surfaced quickly and clearly to the right teams; turn issues into action and ensure providers feel heard and supported.
    • Test new revenue lines: Help test and launch new wellness and cash-pay products (like peptides), longevity offerings (advance labs and genetic testing), and new frontiers of longitudinal care enabled by our innovative care model — taking ideas from 0→1 and into real revenue.
    • Playbook development: Own and innovate on what works, systematize it, and help drive rolling it out across our growing network of primary care practices.
    • Cross-functional execution: Partner with product, ops, and growth to ensure initiatives actually land in practice; be responsible for making each practice more successful than the last, building a system that compounds over time.
