Senior Customer Service Representative Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aiding in register opening and closing procedures, conducting cash audits, and performing end-of-shift drawer counts.
• Handling customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions, while ensuring proper cash and negotiable document security.
• Utilizing suggestive selling techniques during interactions with customers and addressing any inquiries or needs they may have.
• Assisting with merchandise replenishment, store layout adjustments, recovery tasks, and general housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for the majority of the work shift.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing a ladder to access merchandise or supplies.
• Seeing and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors.

Pay

Pay Range: $15.58-$20.26/hourly
