About the role

Medius is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to support the company's strategic transformation initiatives by providing structure, visibility, and execution discipline across cross-functional programs.

This role sits within the CXO Operations & Strategy team and serves as the operational backbone of Medius' transformation efforts, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.

The role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress against strategic objectives.

The Senior Customer Program Manager works in close partnership with the Senior Customer Change & Adoption Manager to ensure initiatives are not only delivered successfully but are also adopted and operationalized across customers and internal teams.

This role will report to the VP, Medius Operations. This role provides the operational discipline required to successfully execute Medius' most strategic initiatives.

By creating visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams, this role enables faster decision-making and improved execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage integrated transformation plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Track progress against commitments and proactively identify delivery risks.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level status reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates for leadership teams.
  • Track program health, key decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate recurring governance activities, including steering committees, operational reviews, and working sessions.
  • Capture actions, decisions, and accountability across transformation initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive mitigation planning and escalation activities.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Operations leaders.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Customer Change & Adoption Manager to align program plans, milestones, and governance activities with adoption and readiness objectives.
  • Ensure customer communication, enablement, and readiness activities are incorporated into transformation plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate executive reporting to provide visibility into both delivery progress and adoption outcomes.
  • Support a closed-loop process that connects customer feedback, product delivery, readiness, adoption, and business impact measurement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building executive presentations, reporting, and status updates.
  • PREFERRED: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Program Management Professional (PgMP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product development processes.
  • Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled tools.

Benefits

Medius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The estimated base salary range for this role is $110k - $120k+ USD, which represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed.

The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
