Senior CSA Estimator

Responsibilities
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
- Lead the development of the total project estimate
- Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
- Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
Requirements
- Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment
- Demonstrate experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- A degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or on the path to complete it

- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented and quality focused
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
Skills
- Experience in construction environments
- Experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality orientation

Pay
The salary range for this role is between $109,000 and $140,000 but actual salary is dependent on skill set, education and experience.
