Responsibilities
- Review financial and legal documents and analyze investment merits
- Analyze industry dynamics and trends as the basis for making investment recommendations
- Make investment recommendations that meet the needs of the portfolio
- Assist in deal tracking and documentation
- Monitor existing portfolio investments and assets
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties including investment banks, other investors and rating agencies; interact with various groups internally
Requirements
- 5+ years investment experience and fundamental credit analysis (private placement experience preferred)
- Experience underwriting, recommending, and presenting transactions
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA/CFA desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excel proficiency
Qualifications
The Corporate Private Placement team manages a portfolio of approximately $17B.
