Senior Creative ProducerNew NYC / MKE / LA

Zero Studios · New York, NY · 3 mo ago
Marketing$80k–$100k/yrFull-time

About the role

Zero is a creative studio founded in NYC with offices in New York, Milwaukee, and Los Angeles, as well as remote teams worldwide. We create an environment where multidisciplinary teams solve problems for progressive and contemporary brands, constantly re-evaluating what it’s like to work with a studio to provide high value and service to clients and our team.

The Senior Creative Producer will serve as a leader at Zero, defining the creative practice in content production. This role requires an entrepreneurial and results-oriented focus to spur studio growth, future-forward thinking, and the ability to work across creative disciplines and client needs. You’ll collaborate directly with creative and account leads, as well as the broader creative team, touching many accounts at the studio. Your work will span brand, digital, marketing, and social teams, focusing on leading the execution of small to large-scale productions—guiding teams through pre-production, day-of execution, and post-production.

You will develop and manage budgets, source partners (locations, crews, stylists, etc.), and act as the primary point of contact for creative production. Problem-solving, opportunity identification, and strong communication are essential. You’ll inspire clients to see the business impact of creative ideas while providing measurable value. A positive, solutions-oriented mindset, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking are key to success.
