Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring visits across the full study lifecycle, ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards
- Act as the primary liaison for study sites, proactively addressing issues and maintaining strong site relationships
- Provide hands-on oversight of oncology trials, evaluating data integrity, patient safety, and study progress
- Oversee multiple research sites simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on timelines, enrollment, and site performance
- Persistently partner with internal teams and external biotech sponsors to support efficient and compliant study execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRA experience, including at least 2+ years supporting oncology clinical trials
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage monitoring activities and full site lifecycle responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and oncology-specific study requirements
- Experience working directly with biotech or sponsor clients in a collaborative environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while traveling approximately 25–40%
Compensation
$120,000 – $145,000 annually + bonus
