Senior CRA, Medical Device

For our client, we are seeking a Senior CRA, Medical Device to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on monitoring clinical trial sites and supporting the execution of medical device studies across multiple locations. The Senior CRA will partner closely with site personnel and cross-functional teams to help ensure protocols are followed, data is accurate, and issues are resolved quickly. Success in this position will require strong relationship management, the ability to juggle multiple studies and sites, and comfort working in complex therapeutic areas. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,520 – $138,150 annually Responsibilities Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to protocols and regulatory standards Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data collection Provide training and guidance to site staff and CRAs Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field 3-5 years of CRA monitoring experience in CRO/pharma environments Strong CRA experience managing complex protocols Experience in sports medicine, trauma, or related therapeutic areas is beneficial Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time Benefits Comprehensive health and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement and pension plans Life assurance and disability coverage Employee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources Learning and development opportunities through structured training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
