Senior Coupa Technical Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical expert for our Coupa platform and related procurement technologies. This individual will provide hands-on technical leadership while driving solution design, system integrations, platform optimization, and strategic initiatives across the procurement technology landscape.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting the Coupa platform in enterprise environments.
• Deep functional and technical expertise with Coupa, including extensive experience with:
• Supplier Information Management (SIM)
• Supplier master data
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Proven experience configuring:
• Workflows
• Forms
• Business rules
• Approval chains
• Data structures
• Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems using:
• REST APIs
• Middleware platforms
• Data mapping and transformation
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience evaluating platform configuration versus custom development approaches.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or integrating Tangoe/Rivermine.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms supporting procurement, finance, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting procurement technology modernization initiatives, ERP implementations, or platform migrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
