Senior Country Growth & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute as an active member of the Country Management Team, define and lead the country growth plan in omni retail reality, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market opportunities.
- Focusing on strategic and operational business opportunities, ensure holistic, end-to-end business continuity and a sustainable profitability agenda.
- Manage the country development agenda of the Retail Area, defining the roadmap for strategic and operational business opportunities for the country.
- Lead development in alignment with other Country Retail Areas, contribute for development agenda.
- Leverage brand strength and home furnishing expertise to inspire & attract consumers therefore drive penetration and growth.
- Position the company as the go-to brand for home furnishing solutions, building a strong competitive advantage in the local market.
- Drive customer-centricity and brand loyalty by ensuring a seamless and coherent customer experience across channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop leaders across all functions; secure interdependence and collaboration across teams, fostering a high-performing, values-driven team culture.
- Enable competent, engaged co-workers while ensuring succession planning and diversity.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience
- Must come from the retail space with a strong background in retail commercial strategy
- Possess exceptional leadership capabilities suited for a senior director-level role
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience from global retail organizations such as H&M, Zara, or Decathlon is highly preferred
